American rock ring Interpol released their 5th studio album this calendar week. El Pintor is the first album from Interpol since bassist Carlos Dengler left in 2022. Critical reception is positive so far with most liking the first track All the Rage Back Dwelling. [Indie rock, mail-punk]

Jhené Aiko – Souled Out

Souled out

Jhené Aiko is an upwards and coming R&B artist. Souled Out is her debut studio album after releasing a critically acclaimed mixtape a few years ago. Critics and listeners are actually liking this album (so am I to be honest). Check out the singles To Dear & Die and The Pressure to become a quick taste for the anthology. [Alternative R&B]

My favorite sci-fi moving picture of the yr? Edge of Tomorrow with Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt (marry me please?). I'g not alone either, the movie is rocking a 90% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and is at present bachelor to buy on Xbox Video. Rather wait to rent than buy? Captain America: The Winter Solider

Captain America fans are going to desire to catch the latest installment this weekend. You can finally rent the Wintertime Solider on Xbox Video. This film has Helm America struggling to find his fit in the modern world. It's a solid superhero flick and currently holds an 89 percentage rating on Rotten Tomatoes. [PG-13, 2hr. 16min.]

This huge Xbox 'Quick Resume' update will give gamers more control

Microsoft is adding a new characteristic to Xbox consoles, allowing you to permanently store up to two games in a Quick Resume state at all times. The characteristic is heading out first to Xbox Insiders in the Alpha testing ring before hitting the general public.
